Service Description
Healing begins when space is created to listen to the wisdom of the body, the subconscious mind, and the intelligence of the spirit. This initial session is recommended as a starting point for first time clients. It's a dedicated time to connect, explore what brings you here, and clarify the shifts you are ready to create in your life. From this foundation, a personalized approach unfolds based on your needs and intentions. Sessions may include elements of subconscious re-patterning, nervous system regulation, guided meditation, inner imagery journeying, energy medicine, Reiki, sound healing, and other intuitive practices to support balance and transformation. This space is designed to support clarity, emotional ease, and reconnection with yourself—whether you are seeking stress relief, release of limiting patterns, spiritual growth, or deeper inner alignment. Available in-person or distant (via Zoom)
Session Information & Policies
Sacred Session Policies & Information In-Person Sessions In-person sessions are held in a private, home-based healing sanctuary designed to support comfort, privacy, and a grounded sense of calm. This space offers a quiet environment for Reiki, energy medicine, sound healing, meditation, and intuitive mind-body work. Distant Sessions (via Zoom) Distant sessions are held through a live Zoom connection within a sacred, intuitive energetic container. These sessions offer the same supportive presence as in-person work and are intended to be received from the comfort of the client’s own space. Clients are invited to be in a quiet, comfortable environment where they will not be disturbed and are not driving or engaging in other activities during the session. Cancellation Policy Your time is held with care upon booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so the space may be offered to another client. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to the full session fee.
